We always hope that you love what you ordered, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Environmental Policy

While we are happy to exchange, return or refund any item that doesn't quite work. We encourage our customers to consider the environmental impact of ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return. We encourage you to contact us for any sizing recommendations, or to make the best choice possible when ordering one size of a particular garment to avoid any unnecessary shipments back and forth.

Exchange/Refund Policy

If you need to exchange an item for any reason, please contact our office within 30 days of receiving your package to process an exchange or return. You can use the contact form or email us here at

To exchange or return ensure your item has not been washed or worn, and includes attached tags. We are unfortunately unable to return any item that has been washed or the tags removed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept swimwear, undergarments, or vitamins (includes all types of bathing suits, underwear, bras, face masks, gaiter, bandana, and socks) unless they are unworn and still have their original packaging or tags intact. Base layers are not considered undergarments.

Please note:

  • Items marked final sale are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip OR order number marked on the package, to avoid issues in processing your return.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must include the order packing slip OR mark each order number on the package for each applicable order.

How will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We cannot include the original shipping fee (if applicable) as this is non-refundable. During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.
